Education
University of Victoria

2011 - 2018

Degree Earned: BSc: Kinesiology with Co-op & Psych Minor

Starting off in UVic's Biology program, I realized I was interested in Biology when it applied to humans rather than plants and animals. Luckily, I discovered that UVic had a Kinesiology program, and I transferred into the program after my third year. With the co-operative education program, I also completed 3 Kinesiology-related work terms at Community Living Victoria, Alberta Children's Hospital, and the Behavioural Medicine Lab at UVic, where I was able to apply my knowledge from the classroom to real-life work settings.

Ryerson University

September - December 2010

BFA - Image Arts: Photography Studies coursework

In 2010, I moved to Toronto Ontario, to pursue my passion of photography. Although I was only able to complete one semester of Ryerson's Bachelor of Fine Arts program in Image Arts, I was fortunate enough to experience a different side of Canadian living and its vast multiculturalism while living in Toronto's downtown core.

Burnaby Central Secondary School

2005 - 2010

Degree Earned: Dogwood Diploma

I completed my high school education at Burnaby Central Secondary School, where I was a member of the Book Club, 30 Hour Famine Organization, field hockey and soccer teams. I developed an interest in Sciences, especially Biology. In 2010, I was awarded the Photography Student of the Year Award.
